- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix in almond flour and vanilla protein powder.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
