- For the Chicken: 4 chicken breasts, boneless or skinless
- For the Creamy Sauce: 1 cup cream (coconut cream optional), 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (dairy-free optional), 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken dry.
- Mix cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, garlic, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it.
- Bake 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
