- 3–4 large russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Slice the potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle over the potato wedges along with the parmesan cheese and toss well to coat.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet with the skin sides down.
- Bake for 25–35 minutes, until golden brown and fork-tender.
- Optional: garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, flip the wedges halfway through baking.
- Serve with ranch, garlic aioli, or marinara for dipping.
