Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Take a golf ball-sized portion, flatten in your palm, add ~1 tbsp cheese in the center, and fold meat around to seal.
- Place stuffed meatballs on baking sheet. Brush tops with ketchup and mustard mixture.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days.
- Freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in 350°F (175°C) oven for 10–15 minutes.
