  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
  4. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  5. Spread sauce over each tortilla, then layer with cooked beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, and optional pickle slices.
  6. Fold in sides, roll tightly, and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.
