- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until softened.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Warm tortillas until pliable.
- Spread sauce over each tortilla, then layer with cooked beef, lettuce, shredded cheese, and optional pickle slices.
- Fold in sides, roll tightly, and cut in half if desired. Serve immediately.
