- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 pizza dough, defrosted overnight
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss cooked chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce. Stir in ranch dressing and remaining 1/4 cup wing sauce until evenly combined.
- On a floured surface, roll pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
- Spread buffalo ranch mixture over dough, add chicken, then top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Roll dough from one side to form a log. Seal ends and place seam-side down on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 30 minutes. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with pizza sauce, ranch, or blue cheese dressing if desired.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
- Serve with extra dipping sauces if preferred.
