This Buffalo Chicken Dip is my go-to appetizer for parties or game day. Creamy, cheesy, and perfectly spicy, it’s best served warm with chips, carrots, or celery sticks.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds cooked chicken breasts, shredded (about 3 large breasts)
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • â…” cup ranch dressing
  • â…” cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread into a 1.5 qt baking dish and sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is lightly browned and sides are bubbling.
  5. Serve immediately with chips, carrots, and celery. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use refrigerated ranch dressing for best flavor.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
  • Adjust Buffalo sauce for desired spiciness.
