- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Sauce
- 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until evenly combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- While baking, mix melted butter and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Toss cooked meatballs in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve with veggie sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- Flip meatballs halfway through baking for even browning.
- Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
