  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • Sauce
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 13–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  6. While baking, mix melted butter and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  7. Toss cooked meatballs in the buffalo sauce mixture until evenly coated.
  8. Serve with veggie sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
