- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (16-oz) container sour cream
- 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (32-oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese.
- Fold in frozen tater tots and spoon mixture into prepared pan.
- Top with chopped celery.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until bubbly.
Notes
- Use a rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- No need to thaw tater tots before mixing.
- Unsalted cream of chicken soup helps control sodium.
- Can assemble ahead and refrigerate overnight or freeze for later.
- To bake from frozen, thaw overnight and bake at 350°F for 30–40 minutes covered.
