- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup finely diced onion
- ½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Buns, for serving
- Bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and other desired toppings
- Ranch dressing, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic, onion, and cheddar. Mix until just incorporated.
- Shape mixture into burger patties on parchment paper.
- Preheat pan with a little oil over medium heat. Cook patties 6–8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Assemble burgers on buns with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and optional veggies. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overmix patties to keep them juicy.
- Wet hands slightly to shape sticky mixture, or chill patties 15–20 minutes.
