- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Buns, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and additional veggies for assembling
Instructions
- Combine all patty ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until just incorporated.
- Shape mixture into burger patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Cook burgers 6–8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Assemble burgers with buns, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and any optional veggies. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overmix patty mixture to prevent dense burgers.
- If mixture is sticky, wet hands or chill patties for 15–20 minutes before cooking.
- Burgers can be cooked on stovetop, grilled, or baked. Each method gives slightly different texture.
- Customize toppings as desired for extra flavor and crunch.
