Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced

  • 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • Buns, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and additional veggies for assembling

Instructions

  1. Combine all patty ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until just incorporated.
  2. Shape mixture into burger patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Cook burgers 6–8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Assemble burgers with buns, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing, and any optional veggies. Serve immediately.

Notes
