Instructions

- Add cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese to the skillet with the beef. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, and onion powder, stirring until cheese melts.
- Slowly pour in the milk, stirring until a creamy sauce forms.
- Add the drained pasta and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
