  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Drain excess grease and return beef to heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Allow beef mixture to cool slightly.
  5. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan. Stir in cooled beef mixture.
  6. Separate biscuits from can and flatten each into a small round disc.
  7. Spoon beef and cheese mixture into each biscuit and fold edges to seal into balls.
  8. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat, brush tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool a few minutes before serving.
