- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain excess grease and return beef to heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper for 1–2 minutes.
- Allow beef mixture to cool slightly.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan. Stir in cooled beef mixture.
- Separate biscuits from can and flatten each into a small round disc.
- Spoon beef and cheese mixture into each biscuit and fold edges to seal into balls.
- Place on baking sheet lined with parchment or silicone mat, brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Drain beef well to prevent sogginess.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for heat if desired.
- Use reduced-fat cream cheese or lean ground beef for lighter option.
- Experiment with cheese blends like Monterey Jack or mozzarella.
- Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top for crispiness.
