These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick and delicious option for lunch or dinner. Loaded with juicy chicken, gooey melted cheese, and infused with the savory flavors of garlic and herbs.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 wraps

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes until warmed through. Set aside.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Add a generous scoop of the garlic chicken mixture, sprinkle more cheese and optional parsley.
  5. Fold sides inward and roll up tightly. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush on wraps.
  6. Cook wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Use whole-wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Add veggies like spinach or sautéed bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrients.
  • Leftover wraps can be reheated in the oven or on a skillet for a crispy texture.
