- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in shredded chicken, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes until warmed through. Set aside.
- Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Add a generous scoop of the garlic chicken mixture, sprinkle more cheese and optional parsley.
- Fold sides inward and roll up tightly. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush on wraps.
- Cook wraps seam-side down in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- Use whole-wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- Add veggies like spinach or sautéed bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrients.
- Leftover wraps can be reheated in the oven or on a skillet for a crispy texture.
