- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds (halal-certified beef or turkey recommended)
- 4 cups baby potatoes, washed and halved or quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (halal-certified)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or mixed blend
For Serving (Optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut baby potatoes into halves or quarters.
- Slice smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.
- Mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and half of the seasoning mix.
- Line baking sheet with parchment and spread potatoes evenly. Add sausage on top.
- Roast 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until potatoes are golden and tender.
- Sprinkle cheddar over potatoes and sausage. Return to oven 5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley, serve hot with sour cream if desired.

- Avoid overcrowding the sheet pan for crispier potatoes.
