  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (halal-certified)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of your favorite cheeses)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve or quarter the baby potatoes.
  3. Slice smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds.
  4. In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. Toss potatoes with olive oil and half of the seasoning mixture.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly. Spread potatoes in a single layer and scatter sausage evenly on top.
  7. Roast for 35–40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve with sour cream if desired.
