Creamy Velveeta Beef & Bowtie Pasta combines ground beef, Velveeta, and bowtie noodles for a cheesy, hearty, and family-friendly dinner.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 big block Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 2.25 lbs ground beef
  • 1 box bowtie noodles (farfalle)
  • Optional: 1 cup pasta water (reserved)

Instructions

  1. Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot. Add bowtie noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain and set noodles aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Break into small pieces and drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Add cubed Velveeta cheese, softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and undrained Rotel tomatoes to the skillet with the beef.
  5. Stir over medium heat until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. If sauce is too thick, gradually add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • A hearty, creamy, and cheesy pasta dish perfect for family meals.
  • Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
