- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- 1 bag fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)
Instructions
- Prepare fries according to package instructions or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer 2–3 minutes more.
- Serve with fries, drizzle sauce over chicken, and garnish with parsley.
