  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • 1 bag fries (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare fries according to package instructions or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cook 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, cook 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer 2–3 minutes more.
  6. Serve with fries, drizzle sauce over chicken, and garnish with parsley.
