Instructions
- Prepare the mashed potatoes and keep them warm.
- Cook the chicken nuggets according to package directions until crispy.
- Heat the gravy in a small saucepan and cook the corn in a separate pan.
- Divide the mashed potatoes evenly between two bowls.
- Top with chicken nuggets, corn, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle warm gravy over each bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
