Instructions

  3. Add broccoli florets and cook for 2–3 minutes to soften slightly.
  4. Stir in orzo, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
