- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Club soda or sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Lime slices (for garnish)
- Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine coconut water, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut-lime mixture over the ice, filling each glass halfway.
- Top off each glass with club soda or sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
- Garnish with lime slices and toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- Chill all ingredients beforehand for an extra refreshing drink.
