- 1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut milk (unsweetened, full-fat)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- Toppings: fresh pineapple slices, toasted coconut flakes, granola, sliced banana, chia seeds, fresh berries, drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Blend the base: In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, honey, and chia seeds. Blend until thick and creamy. Add a splash more coconut milk if needed.
- Assemble the bowl: Pour the smoothie base into a bowl. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon.
- Add toppings: Arrange fresh pineapple, banana slices, granola, coconut flakes, and berries on top. Sprinkle with chia seeds and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
