  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Add cottage cheese, Parmesan, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to a blender. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the blended sauce evenly over the chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and sauce is bubbling with light golden spots.
