  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • For the Pasta
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 12 oz Penne Pasta
  • For the Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and basil.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Sear chicken in olive oil for 3–4 minutes until golden.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Cook penne pasta until al dente.
  7. Let chicken rest, then slice.
  8. In the same skillet, melt butter and add cream, Parmesan, and parsley.
  9. Toss pasta in the sauce.
  10. Top with sliced chicken and garnish.
