- For the Chicken
- 2 pieces Chicken Breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- For the Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 12 oz Penne Pasta
- For the Creamy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and basil.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Sear chicken in olive oil for 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Cook penne pasta until al dente.
- Let chicken rest, then slice.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add cream, Parmesan, and parsley.
- Toss pasta in the sauce.
- Top with sliced chicken and garnish.
