- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Optional Garnishes and Variations:

- Fresh lemon juice, for brightness

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/74°C). Remove and set aside to rest before slicing.
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Make the Cajun Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika, letting the spices bloom for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until well combined. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Cheese and Combine: Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken, tossing to coat everything evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Use full-fat heavy cream for the best creamy texture — lighter alternatives can curdle due to the acidity of the spices.
- Want it extra spicy? Add a pinch of cayenne or extra Cajun seasoning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of cream or milk to restore creaminess.
