- 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 g tomatoes, pureed (or 1 can crushed tomatoes)
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt, to taste
- 500 g frozen fries
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet, melt butter, and cook the chicken until browned.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet, add pureed tomatoes, and simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add heavy cream, and simmer 10 minutes more.
- Preheat oven and bake frozen fries until golden and crispy.
- Serve chicken with garlic sauce alongside fries, garnished with cilantro.
