Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet, melt butter, and cook the chicken until browned.
  3. Sauté garlic in the same skillet, add pureed tomatoes, and simmer.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, add heavy cream, and simmer 10 minutes more.
  5. Preheat oven and bake frozen fries until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve chicken with garlic sauce alongside fries, garnished with cilantro.
