  • Creamy Tortellini:
  • 1 (20–24 oz) package cheese tortellini
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub generously over the chicken.
  2. Sear the Chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
  3. Cook the Tortellini: Boil tortellini according to the package directions, drain, and set aside.
  4. Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine: Toss tortellini into the creamy sauce until fully coated. Sprinkle fresh parsley.
  6. Serve: Plate chicken on one side, creamy tortellini on the other, and enjoy warm.
