- Chicken:
- 4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Creamy Tortellini:
- 1 (20–24 oz) package cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub generously over the chicken.
- Sear the Chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.
- Cook the Tortellini: Boil tortellini according to the package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and let simmer 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Combine: Toss tortellini into the creamy sauce until fully coated. Sprinkle fresh parsley.
- Serve: Plate chicken on one side, creamy tortellini on the other, and enjoy warm.
