- 1 cup cooked shell pasta (or your favorite shape)
- 1 Applegate chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup light or reduced-fat cream cheese or Alfredo sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Veggies: In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté zucchini until golden. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add Sausage: Toss in sliced chicken sausage and sauté until heated through and lightly browned.
- Combine & Cream It Up: Stir in pasta and cream cheese (or Alfredo sauce). Mix until evenly coated and creamy.
- Season & Serve: Add salt, pepper, and any herbs you love. Serve warm and enjoy!
