- 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Season chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Slice thick breasts in half horizontally if needed for even cooking.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide sliced chicken among them. Add 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and spinach leaves to each wrap.
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla up, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.
