  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Season chicken breasts on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Slice thick breasts in half horizontally if needed for even cooking.
  2. Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and divide sliced chicken among them. Add 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and spinach leaves to each wrap.
