- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, olive oil, soy sauce, parmesan, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until mushrooms are evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Transfer mushrooms to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then shake basket to ensure even cooking.
- Continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and crispy on edges.
