Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.

- Pour mixture over chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Cook on low for 6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Shred the chicken in the gravy using two forks.
- Stir in sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley.
