- 2 pounds beef steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes and dice the potatoes.
- Layer ingredients in the crockpot: beef cubes, potatoes, broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Once cooked, stir in shredded cheddar and sour cream.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Use chuck steak for best results.
- Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes recommended.
- Homemade beef broth enhances flavor.
- Check meat tenderness before serving.
