- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into chunks
- 5–6 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, optional garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Add the butter chunks on top and place pepperoncini peppers over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it into the buttery sauce.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or on sandwiches.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more pepperoncini or a splash of their juice.
