This easy Dump and Go Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken is a flavorful and satisfying meal that cooks effortlessly while you go about your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 4 servings cooked rice (for serving)
  • Chopped green onions, to taste (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs or breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until combined.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken, coating evenly.
  4. Layer bell peppers, onion, and broccoli on top.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Shred chicken with two forks and mix back into sauce and vegetables.
  7. Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

  • Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
  • Vegetables can be substituted based on preference.
