- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lbs total), pounded to even thickness
- ¾ cup Italian salad dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish. Drizzle evenly with Italian dressing.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to taste.
- Flip chicken to fully coat in dressing and arrange in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
