- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Grease a casserole dish and transfer the mixture into it.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Pairs well with a crisp green salad or garlic bread.
- For a lighter option, serve with steamed broccoli.
