  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, frozen mixed vegetables, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Grease a casserole dish and transfer the mixture into it.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
