  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the creamy ranch mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Add breadcrumbs for extra crunch if desired.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is melted and bubbling.
