- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the creamy ranch mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Add breadcrumbs for extra crunch if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
