Instructions
- Rinse the fresh blueberries under cold water and gently pat dry.
- Slice the peaches into wedges or thin slices.
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, peaches, crumbled feta, and mixed greens.
- Add chopped red onion and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
