  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb red potatoes, small or baby sized
  • 12 corn on the cob bites (frozen)
  • 1 lb shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Slap Yo Momma seasoning
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add potatoes and corn; simmer 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, onion, garlic, potatoes, and corn. Pour melted butter and season with Slap Yo Momma, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Divide mixture among 4 foil sheets, fold, and seal tightly.
  5. Place foil packs on a baking sheet. Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Carefully open packs, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust seasoning to your preferred spice level.
  • Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor, but thawed frozen shrimp works well too.
  • Serve with crusty bread to soak up the buttery juices.
