- 1 lb red potatoes, small or baby sized
- 12 corn on the cob bites (frozen)
- 1 lb shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Slap Yo Momma seasoning
- 2 lemons, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add potatoes and corn; simmer 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, onion, garlic, potatoes, and corn. Pour melted butter and season with Slap Yo Momma, kosher salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Divide mixture among 4 foil sheets, fold, and seal tightly.
- Place foil packs on a baking sheet. Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully open packs, garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor, but thawed frozen shrimp works well too.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the buttery juices.
