Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and spread frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- While tater tots bake, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain grease, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water, stirring to coat.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds per side or microwave briefly until pliable.
- Lay tortilla flat and spread nacho cheese sauce down the center. Add beef, tater tots, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
- Fold sides inward, then roll tightly from the bottom. Cut in half and serve with extra nacho cheese sauce.
Notes
- Bake tater tots until crispy for best texture.
- Do not overfill tortillas to prevent tearing.
- Warm tortillas before assembling.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
