Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • Ripe avocado, sliced
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Ranch dressing or your favorite dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook and slice or shred the chicken breast.
  2. Slice the avocado and remove the pit.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and shred lettuce if needed.
  4. Warm the flour tortillas for 10–15 seconds in the microwave.
  5. Lay warm tortillas flat and add a layer of lettuce.
  6. Place chicken on top, then avocado slices.
  7. Sprinkle diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle dressing.
  9. Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom edge.
  10. Serve seam-side down; slice diagonally if desired.
