- 2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
- 4 pieces flatbread or naan
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Croutons, for topping
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Spread a layer of Caesar dressing evenly over each flatbread.
- Top with sliced chicken and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are crispy and the toppings are heated through.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.

- Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
- Add cherry tomatoes or crispy bacon for additional texture and taste.
