- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 cups (200 g) broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- Green onions, chopped (garnish)
- Sesame seeds (garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add vegetables and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
- Return chicken to the pan and pour in the sauce.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust sauce ingredients to taste for sweetness or saltiness.
