Ingredients

  • 2 packets Knorr chicken flavored rice and pasta blend
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: frozen vegetables of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, add the Knorr rice blend and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on top. Add chopped onions, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Let rest slightly before serving.
