- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (or leftover cooked chicken)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 packets Knorr chicken flavored rice and pasta blend
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Optional: frozen vegetables of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, add the Knorr rice blend and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts on top. Add chopped onions, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked or rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Add frozen vegetables like peas, carrots, or broccoli for extra nutrition.
- Ensure rice is fully cooked before serving; add a bit more broth if needed.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
