- For the Filling:
- 2 cups shredded lettuce (or coleslaw mix)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Monterey Jack/pepper jack)
- For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or honey mustard/spicy mayo)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake frozen chicken tenders according to package instructions (about 20–25 minutes) until golden and crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 15–30 seconds or microwave for 10–15 seconds.
- Cut cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer shredded lettuce, chicken, and shredded cheese onto each tortilla.
- Drizzle ranch dressing lightly over the filling.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling.
- Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
