  • 1 lb (450 g) kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed (or canned, drained)
  • 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional garnish: parsley and Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add kielbasa, green beans, potatoes, and onion to the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle with garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour chicken broth over everything and add butter pieces on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir gently halfway through cooking.
  6. Garnish with parsley and Parmesan if desired before serving.
