- 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 cups (400 g) cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and water.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and stir well.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and slightly glossy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a more filling meal.
- Adjust soy sauce or honey to taste for saltiness or sweetness.
