  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups (400 g) cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) water
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and water.
  6. Pour sauce into the skillet and stir well.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes until everything is coated and slightly glossy.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
