Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon (juice and zest)

Instructions

  1. Slice your radishes evenly to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  2. Toss the radish slices with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt; massage gently for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil, fresh grated Parmesan, and torn dill to the bowl and toss gently.
  4. Spread the radish slices artistically on a plate; garnish with lemon zest, additional Parmesan, torn dill, and black pepper.
  5. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
