- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 tablespoon lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (torn)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice your radishes evenly to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Toss the radish slices with the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of salt; massage gently for 1-2 minutes.
- Add olive oil, fresh grated Parmesan, and torn dill to the bowl and toss gently.
- Spread the radish slices artistically on a plate; garnish with lemon zest, additional Parmesan, torn dill, and black pepper.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
Notes
- Classic red radishes are recommended for the best crunch.
- Consider using nutritional yeast for a dairy-free version.
- Parsley can be substituted for dill.
