- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 large lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano

- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour remaining marinade over it.
- Sprinkle feta cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and cheese is golden.
- Let rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

- Substitute feta with goat cheese or dairy-free alternatives if needed.
