- 1 cup (240 g) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cut into chunks
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken and coat well.
- Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best flavor).
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Serve warm.
